General Meeting
As the supreme decision-making body of the KACPTA, a regular general meeting is held once a year, and an extraordinary general meeting may be held for urgent issues which require a resolution by a general meeting. Every member can attend a general meeting and vote agendas on amendments of the statue, election and dismissal of executives, approval of budget and account, etc.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of president, 5 vice presidents, chairman of ethics committee, 6 presidents of regional associations, directors, and chairman of practice inspection. The board deliberates on issues to be tabled at a general meeting, issues on legislation or amendment of the statute, issues on establishment of committees, issues on the diversion of indemnity fund and mutual aid fund, etc.

The Board of Managing Directors consists of president, 5 vice presidents, chairman of ethics committee, 6 presidents of regional associations, managing directors, and chairman of practice inspection. The board deliberates on issues to be tabled at the board of directors, issues on important proposals or replies, issues on training and education of members, and issues on the ruling of the statute, etc.

Committees
KACPTA has 34 committees including social contribution committee. Each committee consisting of a chairman and a number of committee members works to carry out the business objectives of the Association effectively.
