The KACPTA (President Koo Jae Yi) held a 2024 New Year's meeting at 11 am on the 5th at the auditorium on the 6th floor of the KACPTA Hall in Seocho-dong, with about 200 people in attendance, including members of the ruling and opposition party, advisors, heads of related organizations, local and foreign guests, members of the main and regional associations, and CPTA members. In this New Year's address, President Koo Jae Yi said, “The new year of 2024 is a year in which 16,000 CPTAs and the KACPTA will fulfill their mission of protecting taxpayers' rights and interests and paying taxes faithfully. We will shift the tax paradigm from administrative power such as tax audits to a 'CPTA integrity verification system'. “This will be the first year of advancement in tax law that establishes faithful tax payment and tax agency order,” he said, announcing five New Year’s resolutions for CPTA to put into practice.
